Say Cheese! He/she posed so nicely for the camera, don't you think? I especially like the little reflections of of the water on his/her chest.

I am a pilot, and love anything that flies, and as a child was enamored with the book "Johnathon Livingston Seagull." Seagulls are so common, that most bird photographers are not interested in shooting them often, but as my family loves to spend time on any beach we can find, I have the time and opportunity to shoot a lot of seagulls. They are, and can be majestic, fun, feisty, and competitive and clumsy, all at the same time. And, they make good photography subjects if one has the patience to catch the perfect shot.
