Artist's Description
We rented this beautiful home for a week in Cloudcroft, NM when we felt a need to get away from the Texas heat for a bit. It had a lovely hammock on the front deck, and we loved having a pine log fire every night to take off the chill of the evening mountain air. Each morning, several elk would pass behind the house going to somewhere, and we even small a young bear as we took a stroll around the neighborhood one day.
Of course, I had to create this really cool picture, which the owner of the property was very happy to use in his advertising of the rental unit.
