Glacier Bay-Alaska metal print by Steve Templeton. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
I was not prepared for either the sights or the sounds of a glacier calving, and splashing into the almost iridescent blue water of Glacier Bay in Alaska. The cracking, splintering, groaning, crashing, and splashing sounds were heady stuff indeed. I didn't have a very good camera with me on this cruise, but as is commonly said, "The best camera is the one that you have with you."
