Description

Most years in our backyard, we will have a pair of Bullock's Orioles. Their golden yellow is almost iridescent as it contrasts with the other mostly brown and black birds it shares the watering hole with. They won't eat from our feeder, but they do like the occasional orange slice stuck on a fence post, or a spoon full of jam, but only if they find it before the ants do.
